Here are some PowerCLI commands I have to use occasionally
Move files to a VM from a local directory.
-Force will create the directory on the VM if it does not exist.
Copy-VMGuestFile -Source <enter path and file name > -Destination <destination file path > -VM <enter name of VM sending file too > -localtoguest -HostUser < enter your host user name > -HostPassword <enter your host user password> -GuestUser <enter user you are connecting to VM> -GuestPassword <enter password to guest account > -Force
